View your order history

This guide explains how to track past purchases and monitor order statuses using the HL Connector Dashboard.


Step 1 — Log in to the Dashboard

To access your order history, you must first log in to the Dashboard using your vendor account credentials. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to view orders.

Step 2 — Navigate to the Orders section

After logging in, go to the Orders section in the Dashboard menu. This section displays all purchases associated with your account.


Step 3 — Browse and filter orders

In the Orders section, you will see a table of all your past purchases. The table includes key information such as order ID, purchase date, asset name, and current order status.

The table provides a clear overview and allows you to quickly locate any order.

To see more information about a specific purchase, click on the corresponding row in the table. This opens a detailed view of the order, where you can inspect:
